Adam Prime AI LLC ("we", "us") makes the Verameter app and runs this website. This policy explains what each one collects. Contact us at info@adamprime.ai with any question about it.

This website

What you send us. If you email us or join our email list, we receive your email address, and your name and message if you include them. We use them to reply to you and, if you signed up, to send product updates. Our email list is run by Buttondown, which stores the addresses and sends the emails for us. Every update email has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and analytics. This website doesn't use cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, and we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives standard connection information, such as your IP address, when you load a page.

We don't sell or rent your personal information.

The Verameter app

Verameter runs entirely on your Mac. It has no account and no analytics, and it sends us nothing: we never see your Mac's readings, your questions or anything you say to it.

What it reads. It reads your Mac's processor, graphics, memory, power and temperature readings, and the names and resource use of running processes. To tell processes apart, it looks at their file paths and launch details in memory. It never saves them, and it shows only short names such as a project folder or script name.

History. It keeps about the last day of readings (at most 28 hours) in a file on your Mac so it can show trends. The file holds numbers and times only.

Voice and the assistant. What you say is transcribed on your Mac by Apple's speech recognition. Answers come from Apple's on-device model or from a local model server you choose on your own Mac. Your audio, questions and answers are never stored and never sent to us.

AI tools you connect. Verameter can share its readings with AI tools you connect on your Mac, such as Claude Code, through a connection that only your own Mac can reach. Project and session names are shared with those tools only if you turn on "Share Project Names with AI Tools", which is off by default. What a connected tool does with that information is governed by that tool's own privacy policy.

Downloads. The first time you use the voice, Verameter downloads its voice model from Hugging Face, and macOS may download Apple's speech recognition model. Like any download, these requests reach those services with standard connection information such as your IP address. They include nothing about your Mac's readings or about you.

Children

Our products and this website are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
